AT THAT TIME WE WILL CHARGE YOUR PREFERRED PAYMENT METHOD.

RETURNS

 

YOU HAVE 14 DAYS FROM WHEN YOUR ORDER IS DELIVERED TO DELIVER IT BACK TO US FOR A REFUND OR EXCHANGE.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL GOODS MUST BE RETURNED UNUSED AND UNOPENED, IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING. IF GOODS RETURNED ARE NOT IN A RE-SELLABLE CONDITION, WE WILL NOT ACCEPT YOUR RETURN.

YOUR RIGHT TO RETURN GOODS DOES NOT APPLY TO GOODS WHICH HAVE BEEN PERSONALIZED. PLEASE FOLLOW THE FOLLOWING STEPS TO CREATE A RETURN TO VOUVIS.COM.

SEND AN EMAIL TO SALES@VOUVIS.COM, IN YOUR EMAIL SUBJECT FIELD, PLEASE TYPE SHOP RETURN #YOUR ORDER NUMBER. YOUR ORDER NUMBER IS PRINTED ON YOUR SHIPPING LABEL AS WELL ON YOUR ORDER DOCUMENT AND RECEIPT.

SECOND

 

YOU WILL THEN RECEIVE A RETURN CONFIRMATION EMAIL AND DIRECT CONTACT TO A PERSON IN OUR LAB. YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL WITH RETURN ADDRESS AND STEP 1-3 – SEE BELOW:

1. PLACE YOUR GOODS IN THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING BOX, TO PREVENT ANY DAMAGE. IF YOU CHOOSE TO PUT OUR SHIPPING BOX INSIDE YOUR SHIPPING BOX, THEN CLOSE THE BOX AND TAPE IT SECURELY.

2. PLEASE ENSURE TO KEEP YOUR PROOF OF SHIPMENT AND YOUR TRACKING NUMBER IN ORDER TO PROVIDE PROOF TO US THAT YOU HAVE RETURNED YOUR GOODS IN THE UNLIKELY EVENT THAT WE DO NOT RECEIVE THE RETURNED GOODS. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR PARCEL ONLY ONCE IT HAS BEEN RECEIVED BY US.
ITEMS LOST IN TRANSIT WILL NOT BE TREATED AS RETURNED AND CANNOT BE EXCHANGED OR REFUNDED.

3. MAKE SURE ON THE SHIP BOX THAT YOUR ORDER NUMBER IS VISUAL TO US AND ALL DOCUMENTS ARE WITH THE GOODS AS WELL.

ONCE WE HAVE PROCESSED YOUR RETURN, YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL FROM US. YOUR PAYMENT FOR THE GOODS WILL BE REFUNDED TO THE ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD. PLEASE NOTE THAT IT CAN TAKE 5-10 WORKING DAYS AFTER WE HAVE PROCESSED YOUR REFUND FOR IT TO APPEAR ON YOUR CREDIT CARD STATEMENT.
